Project Overview
As AI accelerated in 2025, customer expectations shifted just as fast. Our customers weren’t just asking for AI features—they were expecting them. With competitors rolling out AI chatbot, we saw an opportunity to go further.
We built an AI booking agent to reduce friction in workspace booking and deliver a faster, smarter, and more personalized experience. Aim to drive faster employee workflows and higher space utilization for enterprise clients.
My role
As the Lead Product Designer, I owned the end-to-end AI agent experience, defining the scope around reducing booking friction, partnering closely with PMs and ML engineers to translate user intent into agent flows, and balancing model constraints with usability testings. I also established AI design guidelines for the design team.
