

Make bookings faster, smarter, and more personal with AI

Project Overview

Employees often struggled to book workplace like desks and meeting rooms. The existing booking system required users to navigate multiple screens—selecting building, floor, date, and time, which took around 4 minutes on average.
We saw an opportunity to simplify this experience by introducing an AI-powered booking agent that allows employees to book resources using natural language through chat or voice.
The goal was to reduce booking friction and improve workplace productivity.
My Role
As the Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for designing the end-to-end experience of the AI booking agent, including:

Designing fallback and error-handling scenarios

Collaborating closely with LLM engineers, PMs, and backend team to define prompts and set guardrails
